Scope

Hydraulic services - sewer & trade waste drainage, siphonic downpipes, cold-water reticulation, hot-water reticulation, plant & equipment, gas reticulation and sanitary fixtures & tapware.

Complexities

P3 Government project, Design & Construct application (hydraulic services), 3D design modelling & coordination , tight program due to reopening of school.

Project Team Feedback

Connekt Plumbing were engaged for the Hydraulic services package on the new $84.4mil State Government Morialta Secondary College project. From the outset the project experienced significant budgetary and time pressures. Connekt were always open to collaborating and providing initiatives to assist in overcoming the projects challenges.

This approach to collaboration continued throughout the project from the initial engagement, shop drawing and design process, through their site team in delivery and into defects and post completion services.

Morialta was a significantly difficult project, undertaken in a time of incredible market volatility. Connekt partnered with Sarah's to give us our best shot at a successful project completion and contributed substantially to an excellent finished product. Nothing appeared to hard, and no request was fobbed off for the duration of the project.

I'd have no hesitancy working with Connekt again on any Hydraulic installations.
